AI Open Lab ("we," "us," or "our") provides MintAI, an Android application that allows users to create AI-generated images from photos using creative templates.

This Privacy Policy explains how MintAI handles photos, AI image generation, device permissions, advertising, and information processed by third-party services.

1. Information You Provide

MintAI allows you to capture photos using your device camera or select existing images from your gallery.

MintAI does not require account registration. AI Open Lab does not operate a backend for storing user accounts or user photos.

When you request AI image generation, the photos and other inputs required for that request are transmitted to our AI generation provider, fal.ai.

2. AI Image Generation

MintAI uses fal.ai to provide AI image generation functionality.

When you generate an image:

• The application uses the photo you select or capture.
• Information required for the generation request is transmitted to fal.ai for processing.
• fal.ai processes the request to produce an AI-generated image.
• The generated image is saved locally on your device.

AI Open Lab does not maintain a developer-operated backend for storing your uploaded or generated photos.

Processing by fal.ai is subject to its applicable service agreements and data-handling practices. The retention of data by fal.ai may differ from the local storage practices of MintAI.
